Born 03/15/1888, in locality. Chereya, Vitebsk region. (according to other data - in the village of Sena, Mogilev province); Jew; higher education; until 1919 – Menshevik. Arrested 07/03/1922. Sentenced by the GPU Collegium on July 31, 1922 for “illegal possession of anti-Soviet literature” to deportation to Orenburg for 1 year. Arrested again on November 11, 1930. By decree of the Kogpu dated November 23, 1930, he was released. In 1937 he lived in Moscow and worked as an economist at Glavenergo. Arrested on August 30, 1937 (according to other sources – July 28, 1937). Sentenced: 03.11.1937 by the Military Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces to VMN. Shot on November 3, 1937. Burial place - Moscow region, Kommunarka. Rehabilitated in the 1937 case by the Supreme Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on 10/06/1956; in the case of 1922 - by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation on October 17, 1997.
