In 1916 he joined the Mensheviks, in September 1917 he joined the RSDLP(b), and was expelled in 1921. In 1918 he served as a commissar at the Commissariat of Internal Affairs of Perm; in 1919 - member of the board of the management department of the Petrograd Soviet, from 02/01/1919 - head of the commission for the nationalization of cemeteries, from 02/19 - head of the Standing Commission for the construction of a crematorium at V.O. In 1920 – manager of the management department of the Petroguys Executive Committee. In 1922–1923 - manager of the office of the Petrograd Prombank. In 1924–1925 he lived in Baku. worked as a journalist in the editorial office of the newspaper Trud. At the end of the 1920s - in Moscow, deputy director of the automobile repair plant No. 1 of the People's Commissariat of Heavy Industry of the USSR. Arrested on May 23, 1937. Sentenced by the Supreme Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on November 28, 1937 to military service. Shot in Moscow on November 28, 1937. Rehabilitated by the Military Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on May 11, 1957.
