Born in 1918 in Kolpino, Tsarskoye Selo District, St. Petersburg Province. In 1937 he lived in Leningrad (Krasnogo Kursanta Street, Building 9B, Apt. 25). Second-year student of the General Technical Faculty of the Leningrad Industrial Institute. Sentenced by the NKVD Commission of the Leningrad Region on September 21, 1937 as a criminal element in the Russian Empire to exile in Penjikent, Tajik SSR. By the Resolution of the Leningrad Region UMGBA dated October 4, 1946, he was released from further administrative exile.
