Arrested on July 20, 1938 by the NKVD in West Kazakhstan. Sentenced by the Troika UNKVD in WKO on September 28, 1938 under Art. 58-1a, 58-2, 58-7, 58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the VMN. Rehabilitated in the 1935 case by the Presidium of the Leningrad City Court on December 18, 1959, in the 1938 case by the TurkVO on August 24, 1959.
