Genus. in 1890 in Kostroma; Russian; secondary education; b/p. In 1930 he lived in Kostroma and worked as a laboratory chemist at the Sanitary and Bacteriological Institute. He was arrested and released shortly after his arrest. Arrested again there, in Kostroma, 01/31/1938. Sentenced by a commission of the NKVD and the USSR prosecutor on May 15, 1938 under Art. 58-6, 58-8, 58-10, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the VMN. Shot on June 6, 1938. On December 12, 1943, Gorsky’s wife, Stepanova-Gorskaya I.Ya., was handed a death certificate by the Kostroma Civil Registry Office of her husband, who allegedly died on December 12, 1943. Rehabilitated by the Military Commissariat of the Carpathian Military District on September 21, 1957.
