Genus. in 1894 in the village. Vikulovskoye, Ishim district, Tobolsk province; from peasants. Studied at the Theological Seminary in 1906-1914, incomplete higher education. Agronomist. In 1914 he was drafted into the army, into the Buzuluk regiment, and sent to the front as a private. After being wounded, he was promoted to non-commissioned officer and sent to the reserve regiment in Lebedyan. In February 1917 he was elected to the regimental committee. In 1917 he was a member of the Council of Deputies in Lebedyan. Former head of Kolchak intelligence, member of the investigative commission. In 1920, having been caught, he disappeared into Oliferov’s detachment, from where he returned in 1921. He lived in Minusinsk and was deprived of voting rights. Arrested on March 17, 1931, charged under Art. 58-7, 58-13 Criminal Code of the RSFSR. The case was dismissed on 08/26/1931 SPO PP OGPU ZSK for lack of evidence for the accusation. Released on September 16, 1931, reinstated at work. Agronomist in the village Karatuzskoye, Karatuzsky district of KK. Arrested in 1933. Charged under Art. 58-2, 58-10, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. The case was sent on April 27, 1933 by the troika of the OGPU ZSK PP for consideration by the OGPU Collegium. He served his sentence in the Nizhnepoymensky department of Kraslag. Arrested 02/16/1939. Charge under Art. 58-10 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Convicted on October 25, 1939 by the Krasnoyarsk Regional Court to 10 years of labor camp and 5 years of deprivation of political rights. Rehabilitated on October 22, 1992 by the Krasnoyarsk Regional Court.
