Genus. 12/25/1868 in Moscow in the family of the chamberlain, real Privy Councilor Vladimir Karlovich (Rudolf August Voldemar) von Schlippe; German; secondary technical education - graduated from the Faculty of Agronomy of the Riga Polytechnic. Vereya district marshal of the nobility, zemstvo chief; honorary member of the Yekaterinoslav provincial guardianship of orphanages. He was the owner of the Lyubanovo estate. In 1921, his brothers, sister, and wife emigrated to Germany with their eldest daughter, but Sh. himself failed to leave. In 1932 he was sentenced to the OSO under the OGPU under Art. 58-6 to 10 years of exile in Kazakhstan; he served the link in Semipalatinsk. In 1938 he lived in Semipalatinsk, worked as a school teacher. Arrested by the NKVD in the East Kazakhstan region on suspicion of conducting espionage activities on February 22, 1938; sentenced by the Troika on 02.11.1938 to VMN; shot in Semipalatinsk 11/03/1938. Rehabilitated in the 1938 case of the Turkestan Military District on 11/15/1957.
