Genus. in 1891 in Chisinau. Stolyar, a member of the Socialist Revolutionary Party since 1905, a member of the RCP (b) since 1918. In 1919, he was the chairman of the temporary Chisinau party committee. In 1920 he was arrested and, unable to withstand the torture, gave Siguranza an underground printing house. Since the printing house was extremely well disguised - the only entrance to it was equipped in the stove, the Bessarabian Party Committee also kept the party archive there. This offense was strictly condemned by the party troika of political prisoners in the Chisinau prison, but given his courageous behavior during the “trial of 48” H.B. Bogopolsky was retained in the party. In 1922 he was granted amnesty and emigrated to the USSR. In 1923 – 1924 he worked as a commissioner for political emigrants. He took an active part in the creation and development of the Moldavian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. He was the Chairman of the Presidium of the MSPS from 1925. In 1928 - 1930 - Secretary of the Moldavian Regional Committee of the Communist Party (b)U. Then a furniture designer at factory No. 161 in Moscow. Arrested by the NKVD on March 13, 1937. Sentenced to capital punishment on October 8. Shot on October 11, 1937. Rehabilitated posthumously.
