Genus. in 1894 in places. Mikhalishki, Vilna Province; Jew; social democrat. In 1921 he lived in Rostov-on-Don. Arrested 03/16/1921; 04/26/1921 was in the Vladimir prison; 11/27/1921 transferred to the Butyrka prison in Moscow; released in the same year. Arrested 10/11/1922 in Kharkov; 11/10/1922 brought from the Kharkov prison to Moscow. In February 1923 he was in Butyrka prison, sentenced to 3 years of exile. 04/20/1923 sentenced to 3 years in concentration camps, 06/09/1923 sent to SLON; in 1925 he was transferred to the Tobolsk political isolator. In 1926 he was sentenced to 3 years of exile in Usolye, Perm region, where he stayed until 1928. In 1933 he lived in Vyatka, worked as a laboratory assistant at a brewery. Sentenced by OSO at the KOGPU on 06/23/1933 under Art. 58-10, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 2 years in prison. Rehabilitated in the 1933 case on 06/24/1989.
