Tsetlin Semyon (Sima) Solomonovich

Genus. in 1888 in Vitebsk; Jew; higher education: graduated from the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University; social democrat since 1904. In 1921 he lived in Moscow; arrested on 02/25/1921 at a meeting of the Moscow organization of the RSDLP, kept in Butyrka prison, 04/26/1921 transferred to Vladimir prison; sentenced to deportation to Vologda for 1 year (according to other sources, by the decision of the Presidium of the Cheka on November 17, 1921, sentenced to deportation under the open supervision of the Cheka or the Politburo to the Tyumen province for 1 year). In 1923 he lived in Moscow; arrested 04/25/1923 on charges of active underground work; sentenced by the NKVD Commission on administrative deportations to 2 years SLON. Sentenced by OS KOGPU 05/15/1925 sent into exile in the village of Kargasok, Narym Territory. 04/20/1928 deprived of the right to reside in 10 points of the country for 3 years. 04/07/1928 sentenced to 3 years of exile, served in Vyatka, worked as a teacher at a technical school. 11/02/1931 "cons" extended for another 3 years. On November 2, 1931, by a special troika at the OGPU PP of the Nizhny Novgorod Territory, he was sentenced to 2 years of exile. In 1937 he lived in Tomsk; arrested 01/18/1937; placed in the Novosibirsk internal prison; sentenced by the visiting session of the VC of the USSR Armed Forces on 06/15/1938 under Art. 58-8, 58-11 to VMN; shot on 06/15/1938. Rehabilitated in November 1991; 06/09/1992; 03/29/1994 and 05/24/1995.
