Genus. in 1887 in Odessa; social democrat. In 1923 he lived in Moscow, a medical resident of the 4th Moscow military hospital. Arrested 02/26/1923. On April 13, 1923, he was sentenced by the NKVD Commission to 3 years of SLON. After serving his sentence, he was sentenced by OS KOGPU on 04/09/1926 to deportation to Orenburg for 3 years. By the Decree of the KOGPU on 12/13/1927, the term of punishment was reduced by ¼. On June 8, 1928, the same body deprived him of the right to reside in Moscow, Leningrad, Kharkov, Kiev, Odessa, Rostov-on-Don and the aforementioned provinces with attachment to a specific place of residence for a period of 3 years. On 07/08/1931, the same body extended the term of "minuses" for another 3 years. Arrested in Saratov in [1938?], sentenced 10/27/1938 to VMN. Shot on 10/27/1938. Rehabilitated in cases of 1923, 1926, 1928, 1931 by the Military Collegium for Criminal Cases of the RSFSR Armed Forces on December 11, 1990; in the case of 1938 - [by the Prosecutor's Office of the Saratov Region?] in 1958.
