Genus. in 1869 in the village of Starikovo, Moscow Province; social democrat. Printer. Member of the All-Russian Central Council of the Union of Print Workers. Before the revolution of 1917, he was arrested 25 times, brought to trial 14 times, spent 11 years in exile, and 5 and a half years in prison. Participated in the work of an open labor organization, legal public congresses, was at party congresses and conferences. At a meeting of the Bureau of the Central Committee of the RSDLP (o) 09/09/1917 included in the list of recommended party candidates for elections to the Constituent Assembly. 09/22–23/1917 elected as a candidate for the Pre-Parliament at the Democratic Conference. In October 1917 he worked in the Council of Trade Unions. Candidate for deputies of the Constituent Assembly according to the lists of the RSDLP (o). Arrested in June 1920 for participating in a meeting of the Mensheviks, which took place on May 25, 1920. Arrested again in Moscow on February 25, 1921 in the Vperyod club, imprisoned in the Butyrka prison. 04/26/1921, after a mass beating of prisoners in the Butyrka prison, he was taken to the Oryol prison. 06/26/1921 took part in an 8-day hunger strike, which he endured very hard, with a temperature of up to 40 °. In 1935 - a personal pensioner. Arrested 04/29/1935; sentenced by the OSO under the NKVD of the USSR on 07/08/1935 to 5 years in labor camp; 07/19/1935 arrived from Butyrskaya prison to Ukhtpechlag-Ukhtizhemlag of the NKVD (Chibyu settlement, now Ukhta, Komi ASSR); died in Ukhtizhemlag on 01/08/1939. Rehabilitated in the case of 1921 by the Moscow Prosecutor's Office in June 2003; in the case of 1935 - in 1956.
