Genus. in 1897 in the city of Rechitsa, Minsk province; Jew; shoemaker. He worked as a cutter at the 2nd state factory “Burevestnik” (we couldn’t find out in what year and in what city). Arrested 02/04/1925; sentenced by the OSO at the Kogpu on March 27, 1925 “for assisting an illegal social democratic organization” to deportation to the Mari Autonomous Region for 3 years; After serving his sentence, by decision of the OSO at the Kogpu dated February 24, 1928, he was deprived of the right to reside in a number of cities in the country for 3 years. In 1929 he lived in Kazan. Arrested 06.11.1929; sentenced by the OSO at the Kogpu TASSR on January 29, 1930 under Art. 58-11 (“participant of the illegal organization of the Mensheviks”) to 3 years of labor camp. Arrested again on November 17, 1935 - according to information from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Komi Republic, in Ulyanovsk; sentenced by the OSO under the NKVD of the USSR on May 15, 1936 “for participation in a counter-revolutionary Menshevik organization” to exile in Syktyvkar for 5 years. Executed (see Stalin's execution lists) in 1938. Rehabilitated in the 1929 case in August 1989.
