Genus. in 1897 in Odessa. Arrested 11/21/1920; released from custody by the Presidium of the Cheka. Arrested again on March 16, 1921; sentenced by the Presidium of the Cheka on 11/15/1921 for agitation against the Soviet government to exile to Turkestan at the disposal of the PP of the Cheka for Turkestan for 1 year; sentenced on December 19, 1921 by the same body to deportation to the Marinskaya [In the certificate so!] Region for 1 year; On February 16, 1922, the same body allowed residence in Rostov-on-Don under the open supervision of the Cheka for 1 year. In 1924 he lived (probably) in Rostov-on-Don, worked as an assistant to the manager of the insurance department of the board of the joint-stock company "Transport". Arrested 10/22/1924; sentenced by the OSO at the KOGPU on 12/12/1924 under Art. 66 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 3 years in a concentration camp; by the same body on 10/30/1925, in a change to the previous decision, he was exiled through the OGPU PP to Central Asia for 3 years. Rehabilitated in 1994.
