Bobritsky Timofey Ivanovich
Navy officer, naval engineer, specialist in the field of ship lifting operations, chief naval engineer EPRON, captain 1st rank.
Genus. in 1893; from peasants. In 1916 he graduated from the shipbuilding department of the Naval Engineering School in Kronstadt. Sent to serve in the Black Sea Fleet as a junior engineer at the Sevastopol military port. In 1917 - dock engineer in Sevastopol. From the end of 1919 to 1924 he worked in Sevastopol as a port engineer, a naval engineer at the fleet headquarters, then in the design bureau of the ship-lifting forces of the Black and Azov Seas, then served at the Sevastopol shipyard. In February 1926, he went to work for EPRON (Special Purpose Underwater Expedition). Arrested in 1937. He was imprisoned. In 1944, he headed the EPRON project group, created from specialists in lifting imprisoned ships. In the fall of 1944 he was released for raising the ship "Tashkent". Rehabilitated in 1956
