Genus. in 1926. In 1937, after the arrest of her father, she was deported with her mother to the city of Urzhum. In 1941, with the beginning of the war, they returned to Leningrad. In the spring of 1942, after the death of her mother during the first winter of the siege, she independently left for evacuation to the city of Semipalatinsk. There she graduated from high school as an external student and entered the Institute of Refrigeration Industry. In 1944, she returned to Leningrad with the institute. After graduating with honors from the institute, she worked at the State Institute of Applied Chemistry until her retirement.
