Luchinkin Fedor Tikhonovich
Member of the kulak family. Special resettler from the Altai Territory to the Tomsk Region
In May 1931, the family was expelled from the Altai Territory to the Tomsk Region. The settlement was deregistered on May 27, 1940. Recognized as rehabilitated on July 5, 1993 (based on the RSFSR Law “On Rehabilitation” of October 18, 1991, Article 3, paragraph “B”).
