In 1931 he was dispossessed and on May 20, 1931 the family was expelled from the Altai Territory to the Tomsk Region.

Arrived at the special settlement on June 10, 1931 - in the village. Stick of the Gorodets commandant's office, Verkhneketsky district, Tomsk region. (10.06.1931-12.08.1932).

Family composition:

  • Luchinkin's wife Marfa Andreevna (1907) (died in 1931);
  • daughter Luchinkina Tatyana Vasilievna (1926), died in 1932 (1933);
  • son Luchinkin Ilya Vasilyevich (1929), died in 1932.

He escaped from the place of settlement, but in March 1933 he was caught and returned to the place of special settlement in the Kolpashevo district.

In 1938 he married Efrosinya Timofeevna Koletlina (1911), this name was indicated in the questionnaire in 1949. Apparently, he himself was illiterate, the questionnaire was filled out in someone else’s hand, perhaps the spelling was inaccurate. In fact, her maiden name is Kambalina. She is also from a family of special settlers from Altai, the history of her family is presented separately.

  • son Luchinkin Vladimir Vasilievich (1946).

In February 1949 - a carpenter in a construction office in the city of Kolpashevo.

In 1946 he was awarded a government award - the medal “For Valiant Labor during the Great Patriotic War.” In 1949, he applied to remove himself from the commandant’s office, indicating that in addition to the government award, he was also awarded in 1947 an honorary diploma from the Tomsk Regional Executive Committee and two diplomas from the Kolpashevo construction office.
