Born in 1908 in Uman, Ukrainian, member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1927; in the Cheka-OGPU-NKVD bodies since 1929, state security captain. On 01/09/1936 - in the Central Office of the UGB NKVD of the Ukrainian SSR; on 08/31/1937 deputy head of the OO NKVD of the Leningrad Military District; until 02/15/1938 operational officer of the 7th department of the 4th department of the UGB NKVD of the Ukrainian SSR Ukrainian SSR; from 02/15/1938 deputy head of the 10th department of the 4th department of the GUGB NKVD of the USSR 4th department of the GUGB NKVD of the USSR; from 03/26/1938 deputy head of the 11th department of the UGB NKVD UNL for the Leningrad Region; Until 05/09/1938 Deputy Head of the 11th Department of the UGB NKVD Directorate for Leningrad Oblast; From 05/09/1938 Deputy Head of the 4th Department of the UGB NKVD Directorate for Leningrad Oblast; From 06/14/1938 Head of the 5th Department of the UGB NKVD Directorate for Leningrad Oblast; From 08/25/1938 Deputy Head of the OO NKVD of the Leningrad Military District; Until 08/14/1939 Head of the 5th Department of the NKVD Directorate for Leningrad Oblast. Lived in Leningrad (4 Dzerzhinsky St., Apt. 3). Dismissed on 08/14/1939. Arrested on 08/15/1939. Sentenced to 8 years of imprisonment by a Special Conference of the NKVD of the USSR on 09/02/1940.
