Born in 1889 in the village of Mitchenko   Konotop uyezd, Chernigov province, Russian, member of the All-Union Communist Party (bolsheviks) in 1918-1936. Worked as a foreman at Plant No. 194 named after Marty. Lived in Leningrad (9 Dostoevsky St., Apt. 29). Arrested on 27.05.1937. Sentenced by the resolution of the NKVD Commission and the USSR Prosecutor on 02.12.1937 under Article 58-7-9-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot on 10.12.1937.
