Born in 1899 at Razliv station, Sestroretskaya volost, St. Petersburg province ; Russian; member of the All-Union Communist Party (bolsheviks) since 1917. Helped his father, N.A. Yemelyanov, ensure the safety of Lenin and Zinoviev in Razliv. Participant in the October armed uprising in Petrograd. Worked as a turner. Lived in Sestroretsk , Leningrad region . He was arrested on 20.12.1934. Sentenced by the Special Security Department of the NKVD of the USSR on 16.01.1935 on charges of KRTD to 4 years of imprisonment. Imprisoned in the Vorkuta department of Ukhtpechlag. Released on 10.02.1939. Worked in Omsk. He fought on the fronts of the Great Patriotic War from 1942 to 1945. Since 1946, he lived with his family in the Sitnikovsky state farm of the Nizhneomsky district of the Omsk region. He was arrested on 27.01.1951. Sentenced by the Special Conference of the MGB of the USSR on 26.05.1951 under Art. 58-10, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in a correctional labor camp. In 1954, he was released and came to the Razliv plant. He was rehabilitated by the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 12.03.1958 . Since 1965, he has been a pensioner of union significance.
