Born in 1895. Took part in the storming of the Winter Palace, participant in the civil war. Until 07/04/1937 - assistant to the operative officer of the operational point of the station Pavlograd 6th department of the UGB NKVD of the Ukrainian SSR, junior lieutenant of state security. Dismissed on 07/04/1937. Arrested on 06/07/1937. By the military tribunal of the NKVD troops in 1937, he was sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment with deprivation of rank. Rehabilitated on 06/03/1955. Personal pensioner of union significance since 04/01/1968.
