Born in 1867 in the Vitebsk province; Polish; higher education - graduated from the St. Petersburg Practical Technological Institute in 1895. Served as an engineer at the Sormovo plants, and from 1901 - head of the locomotive technical bureau. In 1919, he left Nizhny Novgorod for Moscow, worked as head of the locomotive construction department of the State Association of Machine-Building Plants (GOMZ), taught at the Moscow Higher Technical School, worked in the management organizations of the locomotive construction industry, and in the Supreme Council of the National Economy. And he was arrested in 1929 on charges of sabotage. He worked in a "sharashka" - in TsKB-39. He was released in 1930. He worked as an engineer at the Nevsky Plant. He died on 20.02.1934 in Leningrad.
