Stanislavov city, 1939, December 9, I am the Operative Commissioner of the ODGO NKVD city Stanislavov, State Security Sergeant DORONIN, having examined the investigative material on the charge of KOVALEVSKY Maryan Antonovich, born in 1905, native of Petrakovo city, Pole, secondary education, no convictions, lived in Petrakov city [ed.: Petrokov Lodz Voivodeship] , Polnaya street, house No. 1, served in the Polish army in the rank of sub-officer, who on October 29, 1939 attempted to illegally cross the Soviet border towards Hungary, from where he would make his way to France to join the Polish legions being created there to continue the fight for the former gentry Poland , in the right. right. st. [note: crime provided for in Article 80 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR.

RESOLUTION
City of Stanislavov, December 9, 1939, I, Operative Commissioner of the ODTO NKVD, city of Stanislavov, Sergeant of State Security DORONIN, having examined the investigative material on the charge of ROMANOVSKY Albin Albinovich, born in 1891, native of the city of Osrog (possibly the city of Ostrog, Ostrog district, Volyn province. - E.B. ), Polish by nationality, reserve officer, formerly of the Polish army, a large merchant by social origin, secondary education, the latter on 12/10-1939 arrived in the border zone of the station of Snyatin tried to illegally cross the Soviet border and go to Romania, i.e., in accordance with Article 80 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR.

Commissioner of the ODTO NKVD city of Stanislavov, Sergeant of State Security DORONIN, having examined the investigative material on the charge of KOZLOVSKY Franciszek Eduardovich, born in 1898, native of the city of Tarnow [ed. Tarnow], Krakow Voivodeship, Pole, secondary education, no criminal record, no criminal record, married, second lieutenant in the Polish Army Reserve, worked as a cashier at a savings bank in the city of Krakow, at the time of military actions he came to the city of Lvov, after which on October 15, 1939, with the purpose of illegally crossing, he left for the Soviet-Hungarian border in violation of Article 80 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR.
