RECEIPT

I, a special settler Alexa Ada, daughter of Jonas, born in 1930, residing in the village of St. Green, Parbigsky District, Tomsk Region, have been informed by the Resolution of the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR "On the legal status of special settlers".

I undertake to strictly comply with the restrictions established by this Government Resolution for special settlers.

I have also been informed that for unauthorized departure (escape) from the place of settlement I will be held criminally liable under Part II of Article 82 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR.
