Born in 1883 in Okulovka   Saint Petersburg province; Russian; secondary specialized education; no status. Worked as a teacher. Lived in the village of Okulovka, Novgorod region. Arrested on 30.01.1934. Sentenced on 28.02.1934 to exile to the West Siberian region. In exile, lived in the village of Sargatskoye, Sargatsky district, Omsk region.   Worked as a district instructor. And was arrested on 02.12.1937. Sentenced on 05.12.1937 by a troika of the NKVD Directorate for Omsk Oblast under Article 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in a labor camp. According to the memoirs of P.E. Skachkov, he died in prison in Kolyma in 1941. Rehabilitated by the Prosecutor's Office of Omsk Oblast on 03.07.1989.
