Milshin Mikhail Makarovich

Member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1940. Primary education (3rd grade).
In the OGPU-NKVD since 1933. In 1939, he was the village commandant of the Pudinskaya commandant's office; in December 1940 (and July 1941), he was the district commandant of the Pudinskaya commandant's office of the OTSP UNKVD NSO. Until January 1944, he was the village commandant of the Sherstobitovskaya commandant's office (Pudinsky district), then the district commandant of the Pudinskaya commandant's office of the OTSP UNKVD NSO.
On January 15, 1945, for his length of service in the troops, NKVD and police, Junior Lieutenant of State Security Mikhail Makarovich Milshin was awarded the Medal "For Military Merit" (Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated January 15, 1945 No. 220/95).
