Comments:

1. Article 168 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (and therefore the USSR within its framework) from 1938 concerned the deliberate damage to crops and damage to field-protecting and other plantings. Punishment provided for correctional labor for up to two years, or a fine, or the imposition of an obligation to make amends for the damage caused.

There was a secret decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated November 24, 1941, not subject to publication, "On the release from punishment of those convicted of certain categories of crimes." Apparently, Demidov T.K. was in category "b": "to release from further serving of punishment those convicted of minor domestic crimes, who have less than a year left on their sentence by the time the decree was issued on November 24."

I, commandant of the Pudinskaya settlement commandant's office Sakharov, on this day drew up a report on the following:

A labor settler of the settlement Chaga of the Pudin settlement commandant's office, Demidov Trofim Kondratievich, born in 1888, contrary to the existing regime in the labor settlement and having been warned about it, repeatedly violated the latter and made unauthorized departures from the settlement without any permission from the senior settlement and the settlement commandant, namely:

On June 5, 1942, Demidov left the village of Chaga without permission for the village of Ku[????] of the Sherstobitovsky village council, where he was detained by the commandant of the Sherstobitovsky village commandant's office, Comrade Milshin(?), and sent to the Pudinsky district commandant's office.

After which he was sent back to stay in the village of Chaga.

On November 1, 1942, Demidov again escaped from the village of Chaga and hid in the village of [Semilavka ???] of the Sherstobitovsky village council, where he illegally and privately rolled out felt boots for the village residents.

I, the district commandant of the Pudinsk commandant's office of the OSP UNKVD for the Territory Yamalitdinov, having examined the personal file of the labor settler Demidov Gennady Trofimovich, born in 1928, with a view to releasing him from labor exile

FOUND:

In March 1930, the labor settler Demidov Gennady Trofimovich was exiled from the village of Klyavinskoye in the Kuibyshevsky district of the Novosibirsk region in the family of his father (mother) Demidov Trofim Kondratyevich.

At the time of moving into the labor settlement, labor settler Demidov G.T. was 2 years ___ months old.

During his time in the labor settlement, Demidov Gennady Trofimovich did not disgrace himself in any way.

That the settler former kulak DEMIDOV Trofim Kondratievich was expelled in 1930 from the village of Klyavlino, Barabinsky district, Novosibirsk region, as a kulak exploiter.

At the time of eviction, the Demidov family consisted of:

1. Wife DEMIDOVA Olga Nikolaevna, born in 1906.

2. Daughter DEMIDOVA Valentina Trofimovna, born in 1927, removed from the register on March 15, 1946.

3. DEMIDOVA Maria Trofimovna, born in 1930, removed from the register on 14/I-1947.

4. Son DEMIDOV Gennady Trofimovich, born in 1928, deregistered on 8/VI - 1945.

On March 23, 1950, on the basis of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the USSR No. 245-74ss of January 21, 1950 and the Order of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 00105 of February 7, 1950, special settler former kulak Trofim Kondratyevich DEMIDOV was removed from the register of the special settlement.
