Prishchepa Stepan Adamovich
Head of the UKGB Directorate for Tomsk Oblast (03.1954 - 1959), Colonel.
He was born into a poor peasant family in the Slutsk region of Belarus. In his childhood, he worked as a farm laborer for wealthy peasants. He made his way in life through incredible labor. At the age of 15, he worked and studied at a school in Magnitogorsk, then at the Moscow technical school for metalworking. In January 1937, he was sent to the NKVD and became a cadet at a special school. He began his service in the Moscow department from the most modest operational position. Then he served in the military counterintelligence agencies. In 1939-1940, as part of an operational group, he carried out a special assignment on the Finnish front. He met the Great Patriotic War in the active army - in a special department of the 23rd air division. He was awarded the Order of the Red Star and the Order of the Patriotic War, 1st degree, and several medals. Then he served in the central apparatus of the SMERSH counterintelligence, and after the end of the war with Japan, he was transferred to the Inspectorate under the Minister of State Security of the USSR. In June 1949, he was appointed deputy head of the UKGB for Tomsk Oblast. He supervised the state security units carrying out counterintelligence work at the construction site of Plant No. 816 and Construction Site No. 601. He participated in measures to organize the protection of the plant from the intrigues of foreign intelligence services. In 1954, he was appointed head of the KGB Directorate under the USSR Council of Ministers for Tomsk Oblast. In 1959, with a party penalty, he was dismissed from service in the so-called "active KGB reserve". Subsequently, he served as deputy head of the Directorate of military unit 14184 for regime and protection of secrecy in the city of Krasnoyarsk-26 (1960); deputy director of the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Security and Regime in the city of Chelyabinsk-70. He died on April 28, 1988.

I, Deputy Operative of the Pudino RO MGB Sergeant TRIFONOVA, having examined personal file No. 133 of special settler former kulak DEMIDOV Trofim Kondratyevich, born in 1888
FOUND:
That the settler former kulak DEMIDOV Trofim Kondratievich was expelled in 1930 from the village of Klyavlino, Barabinsky district, Novosibirsk region, as a kulak exploiter.
At the time of eviction, the Demidov family consisted of:
1. Wife DEMIDOVA Olga Nikolaevna, born in 1906.
2. Daughter DEMIDOVA Valentina Trofimovna, born in 1927, removed from the register on March 15, 1946.
3. DEMIDOVA Maria Trofimovna, born in 1930, removed from the register on 14/I-1947.
4. Son DEMIDOV Gennady Trofimovich, born in 1928, deregistered on 8/VI - 1945.
On March 23, 1950, on the basis of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the USSR No. 245-74ss of January 21, 1950 and the Order of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 00105 of February 7, 1950, special settler former kulak Trofim Kondratyevich DEMIDOV was removed from the register of the special settlement. His wife Olga Nikolaevna DEMIDOVA, born in 1906, was removed along with him.
None of the above-listed family members are registered in the special settlement, and therefore, guided by the directive of the Deputy Head of the UMGB for Tomsk Oblast, Colonel Comrade PRISHCHEPA, No. 1052/Iss of December 15, 1950,
DECIDED
Personal file No. 133 on special settler, former kulak Trofim Kondratyevich DEMIDOV, shall be submitted to Department “A” of the Tomsk Region UMGB for storage in the archive.
