Born in 1905 in Malaya Vishera, Novgorod Region; Russian; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 06.1926. In the Red Army since 03.15.1927. Served in the OGPU, NKVD, and MVD. On 03.23.1936 - district commissioner of the Moscow district apparatus of the NKVD Directorate of the Leningrad Region, from 06.19.1936 - head of the Petrograd district department of the NKVD of the Leningrad Region, from 06.08.1937 - deputy. Chief of the 12th section of the 4th department of the UGB NKVD UNC for the Leningrad Region, from 29.12.1937 - Chief of the 4th section of the 4th department of the UGB NKVD UNC for the Leningrad Region, from 31.07.1938 - Chief of the 6th department of the 1st directorate of the NKVD UNC for the Leningrad Region, from 17.07.1939 - Chief of the 3rd department of the economic directorate of the NKVD UNC for the Leningrad Region, on 05.07.1942 - Commander of the 1st regiment of the 4th guards division of the people's militia of the 4th guards division of the people's militia, on 03.06.1943 - employee of the NKVD UNC for the Leningrad Region. Ended his service on 02.03.1954, Major General. Died on 17.03.1969 in Leningrad.
