Born in 1903 in St. Petersburg; German; higher education - Leningrad Polytechnic Institute; no record. Worked as a senior builder at Plant No. 201 in Sevastopol, former head of the hull shop at Plant No. 201, and a shipbuilding engineer. Lived in Sevastopol, K. Marksa St., 50/60. Arrested on September 2 , 1937. Sentenced by the Military Commission of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on May 28, 1940.
Under Articles 58-7, 9, and 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, he was sentenced to 10 years in a labor camp, with confiscation of property. He was rehabilitated by the Military Commission of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on May 12, 1956.
