Born in 1894 in St. Petersburg; German; no p. Senior military representative of the Shipbuilding Directorate of the People's Commissariat of the Navy, military engineer of the 1st rank. Lived in Leningrad, Voinova St., Bldg. 52, Apt. 1. Arrested on 15 July 1938 by the NKVD Directorate for the Leningrad Region. Charged under Art. 58-1 "b", 58-6, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. By the decree of the Military Prosecutor of the Baltic Fleet dated 21 March 1940, the case was dismissed due to the charges being unfounded. Released, reinstated in the Navy with the return of his military rank.
