Genus. in 1889 in Kronstadt; Russian, from the nobility. He served in the tsarist army, staff captain. In 1924 he was sentenced by Lengubsud to 10 years in prison; in 1927 the conviction was removed. In 1935 he worked at the shipyard of the Morpogranokhrana (Shipyard of the NKVD), was prosecuted for wrecking by the NKVD; 11/28/1935 released for lack of evidence. In 1938 he lived in Leningrad, worked as a designer at the Design Bureau of the Morpogranokhrana Shipyard (NKVD Shipyard); arrested 03/10/1938; sentenced by the Special Troika UNKVD LO 09/10/1940 under Art. 58-1a, 7, 11 by 8 years ITL; released in 1946. On May 31, 1950, he was sentenced to deportation to a settlement in the Krasnoyarsk Territory by the OS under the Ministry of State Security of the USSR. Rehabilitated VT LenVO 06/24/1957. Rehabilitated VT LenVO 02/13/1956.
