Genus. in 1894 in the city of Rybinsk, Yaroslavl province; Russian; higher education; b/p. In 1923 he served as a mechanical engineer in the Baltic Fleet. In 1926 he was sentenced to 4 months of forced labor at his place of duty for failure to comply with safety measures. In 1935 he worked at the shipyard of the Morpogranan Guard (NKVD Shipyard), and was prosecuted for sabotage by the NKVD; November 28, 1935 released due to lack of evidence. In 1938 he lived in Leningrad, worked as a senior design engineer at the Morpogranic Guard shipyard (NKVD Shipyard); arrested 02/11/1938; sentenced by OS NKVD USSR LO 09/10/1940 under Art. 58-1a, 7, 11 to 8 years in ITL. Rehabilitated by the Leningrad Military District on February 13, 1956.
