Genus. 11/01/1887 in St. Petersburg (father - Admiral E.S. Burachek); Russian; higher education; b/p. In 1919, he commanded a detachment of Soviet ships that carried out and supported the landing of troops on Lake Ladoga near Vidlitsa, against the White Finns; For this battle he was awarded the Order of the Red Banner. As Deputy Chief of Staff of the Border Troops, he organized the USSR maritime border guard. After demobilization, he created a shipyard that built ships for the border service (NKVD Shipyard). Arrested in 1921, 1935. In 1938 he lived in Leningrad, worked as production manager at the NKVD Shipyard; arrested 02/05/1938; sentenced by the OS NKVD of the USSR on September 10, 1940 under Art. 58-1a, 7, 11 to 8 years in ITL. Died in the camp from scurvy on 05/04/1943. Rehabilitated by the Leningrad Military District on February 13, 1956.
