Genus. in 1892 in the village of Neanurm, Felinsky district, Livonia province; Estonian; b/p. In 1935 he was prosecuted for sabotage by the NKVD; November 28, 1935 released due to lack of evidence. In 1938 he lived in Leningrad, worked as an installation engineer at the "Shipbuilder" artel; arrested 02/06/1938; sentenced by the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO on October 14, 1938 under Art. 58-1a, 7, 11 to VMN; executed on October 21, 1938. Burial place: Leningrad. Rehabilitated by the Leningrad Military District on June 24, 1957.
