Until 02/07/1939 - detective officer of the 6th department of the NKVD of the Leningrad region. 02/07/1939 dismissed according to Art. 38 paragraph “b” of the Regulations. Arrested 11/28/1938. On March 27, 1939, the case was dismissed and he was released.
