Genus. in 1893 in the city of Verro, Livonian province; Estonian; member of the CPSU (b) since 1919, higher education. Postgraduate student of the Department of Textile Machinery and LII teacher. Lived in Leningrad, st. Podolskaya, 43, apt. 29. Arrested 02/03/1935 by the NKVD in the Leningrad region. He was accused of carrying out Trotskyist activities. By the Decree of the OS under the NKVD of the USSR dated February 5, 1935, he was exiled to the city of Yeniseisk (Krasnoyarsk Territory) for a period of 3 years. While in exile, by the Decree of the OS under the NKVD of the USSR of 07/14/1936, he was again imprisoned in the ITL for a period of 5 years. 05/07/1955 the case was dismissed due to the groundlessness of the accusation.
