Tsibulsky (Tsybulsky) Wolf Avrumovich
Lecturer in Political Economy
Born in 1913 in Dnepropetrovsk; Jewish; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1940; higher education. Lecturer in political economy at the M.I. Kalinin Industrial Institute. In 1948 he lived in Leningrad. Arrested on 28.02.1948 by the Leningrad Regional Directorate of the Leningrad Regional Directorate of the State Security. Charged with a crime under Art. 58-10, Part 2, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Sentenced by the OS under the Minister of State Security of the USSR on 08.06.1949 to 25 years in a labor camp. By the Resolution of the Central Commission for the Review of Cases dated 25.10.1954, the elements of the crime were reclassified as Part 1 of Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR and the punishment was reduced to 10 years in a labor camp. On 17.08.1956, the case was closed due to lack of evidence of guilt. Rehabilitated.
