98. Letter from K.A. Tsyganov, dated December 17, 1944, from the Akademicheskaya station of the October Railway to M.I. Spirina, regarding the arrival of his engineer acquaintances from the Moscow Glass Institute for consultation. They were surprised by his situation and upset that he had not informed them of anything, about their high assessment of the situation at the plant and a statement to the plant management, "that we are simply embarrassed to consult Tsyganov, since he knows more about this matter than we do," and that they promised to somehow assist in reviewing the case, about the plant's production problems and with congratulations on the upcoming New Year.
