Born in 1895 in Odessa; Jewish; primary education. Deputy Chairman of the State Planning Committee of the Kazakh SSR for Industry, oversaw the metallurgical industry of Kazakhstan. Lived in Alma-Ata. Arrested on December 11, 1936 by the NKVD Directorate for Alma-Ata Region. Sentenced on October 21, 1937 by the Supreme Court of the USSR under Articles 58-7, 58-10, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Rehabilitated by the Supreme Court of the USSR on October 17, 1957.
