Institute of the USSR Academy of Sciences (since 1945): corresponding member. Academy of Sciences of the USSR. Lived in Moscow. Arrested 03/31/1949. Sentenced by the USSR Ministry of State Security on October 28, 1950 under Art. 58-6, 7, 10, 11 (“Krasnoyarsk case” of geologists, concealment of uranium deposits) to 25 years in labor camp. Sent to Kolyma. Released in April 1954. Rehabilitated on March 31, 1954.
In May 1954, he was restored to the rank of corresponding member of the USSR Academy of Sciences. Died 1971
