Genus. in 1936 in the village. Ovrahovo, Svetlovsky district, Kirovograd region. Higher education, high school history teacher. Arrested on November 17, 1968 for writing a brochure on solidarity with Czechoslovakia. Convicted in absentia by the Crimean Regional Court on May 28, 1969 under Art. 70 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Sent for psychiatric examination to the Institute. Serbsky, then for compulsory treatment in the Kirovograd mental hospital, where he spent 11 years. Released on October 25, 1979.
