Genus. in 1902 in the village. Chernoyarovo, Tver province; Russian; former member of the CPSU(b) since 1926. Manager of the affairs of the Leningrad regional committee and city committee of the CPSU(b). Arrested 08/05/1949. Convicted under the so-called "Leningrad case" to 10 years in prison. Sentenced by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on September 30, 1950 under Art. 58-1 “a”, 58-7, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in prison. He was kept in Vladimir prison. Released in 1954. Rehabilitated.
