Genus. in 1933 Lived in Leningrad. After the arrest of Mikheev’s father, Philip Egorovich, in the fall of 1950 , Mikheev’s mother, Anna Alekseevna, was arrested. At a special meeting at the USSR Ministry of State Security, he was deported to Kazakhstan along with his mother. Mikheev's younger brother Georgy Filippovich was sent to an orphanage in the Molotov region (now Perm region). In the spring of 1951, he was brought to the city of Kokchetav, to his mother and brother, where they all remained in exile until liberation and rehabilitation in 1954.
