Sentenced by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on September 30, 1950 under Art. 58-1 “a”, 58-7, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in prison. He was kept in Vladimir prison. Released in 1954. Rehabilitated.
