Born in 1922 in Leningrad; Russian; from a working class background; no n. Lived in Leningrad (Petra Lavrov St., Bldg. 16, Apt. 4). After the arrest of his father and mother, he was expelled from Leningrad in 1938. On the day of his arrest, he was a 10th-grade student at School No. 1 in Jalal-Abad. Lived in Jalal-Abad, Kurortny Lane, Bldg. 20. Arrested on 19 December 1940. Charged under Articles 58-10, Part 1 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR as the organizer of the counter-revolutionary circle "True Communists". Sentenced on 09 February 1941 by the Jalal-Abad Regional Court of the Kirghiz SSR to 10 years' imprisonment, followed by disenfranchisement for a period of 5 years. Released on 21.12.1943 from OLP-2 UITL NKVD for Kuibyshev Oblast based on the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the USSR dated 01.08.1943. Died in April 1946 in Jalal-Abad.
