Born in 1923 in the city of Uzgen, Osh region, Kirghiz SSR; Tatar, from a family of civil servants. On the day of his arrest, he was a 10th-grade student at School No. 1 in Jalal-Abad. He lived in the Jalal-Abad Resort. He was arrested on 23.12.1940. He was charged under Article 58-10, Part 1 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR as a participant in the counterrevolutionary circle of "True Communists". He was sentenced on 09.02.1941 by the Jalal-Abad Regional Court of the Kirghiz SSR to 8 years' imprisonment, followed by disenfranchisement for 3 years.
