Born in 1923 in Chita, from a family of employees; Tatar; expelled from the Komsomol. On the day of his arrest, he was a student at School No. 1 in Jalal-Abad. He lived in Jalal-Abad, Torgovaya Street, Building 13. He was arrested on January 26, 1941. He was charged under Articles 58-10, Part 1 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR as a member of the counterrevolutionary circle of “True Communists.” He was sentenced on February 9, 1941.   The Jalal-Abad Regional Court of the Kirghiz SSR sentenced him to 6 years of imprisonment with subsequent deprivation of electoral rights for a period of 2 years.
