Born in 1922 in the village of Syr-Novorossiyskoye, Mirzachul district , Tashkent region; from peasant background. On the day of his arrest he was a 10th-grade student at School No. 1 in Jalal-Abad. Lived in Jalal-Abad, Osoaviakhimovsky Lane, 5. Arrested on 19.12.1940. Charged under Article 58-10, Part 1 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR with organizing a counter-revolutionary circle of "True Communists". Sentenced on 09.02.1941 by the Jalal-Abad Regional Court of the Kirghiz SSR to 10 years' imprisonment, followed by disenfranchisement for 5 years.
